Some Simple Secrets for Whitening
As for girls, secrets are always so attractive. They are a bit mysterious, a little gossip, or can be said amazing. Especially after we have experienced numerous chemical cosmetics, secrets are specially worth of trust. Here are some simple whitening methods for your reference.
First, Milk whitening: Prepare a small cup of milk first, and steam your face with steam. Then apply the cotton which is full of fresh milk around the face for about 15 minutes. Finally, wash your face with fresh water. It has been proved that the long-term adherence to milk whitening can make your complexion fairer and clearer.
Second, you had better avoid going out from 10 am to 2 pm in the summer, because during that period, the sun is the strongest, with most powerful ultraviolet radiation; otherwise, it will do the greatest damage to your skin.
Third, while going out, be sure to wear a hat, stretch the umbrella, and wear sunglasses and long-sleeved underwear to block the harmful UV.
Fourth, on each sunny day, you must apply sunscreen once every 2-3 hours before going out. As long as you engage in outdoor activities, no matter how strong the sunlight, you should first have a bathe and massage the body gently after going home.
Fifth, after the exposure to sunlight, if possible, you should wrap the ice with towel to apply on the burned skin in order to relieve the local dryness and heat.
Sixth, hands should also be wiped with sunscreen when going out, as well as the arms, legs and exposed knees, which can not only prevent the harmful UV, but also effectively reduce sun spots, especially those “senile plaques” prematurely generated in middle age.
Seventh, water is a sacred beautifying necessity. In the morning, you should drink some cool water on an empty stomach as early as possible; if added with a slice of lemon in the water, and then the effect will be more obvious. Meanwhile, 30 minutes before going to bed at night, you had better also drink a small cup of water, to make cells in full absorption, so that wrinkles can be effectively prevented.
Eighth, you should have more cucumbers, strawberries, tomatoes and oranges, etc, because they contain a large number of VC, which can effectively help to restore melanin, to assist in whitening and enhance immunity.
Ninth, adequate sleep can effectively alleviate the pressure in life; well, music is also a good helper to whitening.
Tenth, less smoking and less drinking of irritating beverages will ensure the quality of sleep, so that skin can maintain soft and smooth all along.
Last but not the least, you had better keep away from artificial additives, eat less fried foods and be cautious to hormones, etc, which will directly lead to hyper pigmentation and freckles.
